Whether the Management Corporation has the legal power to Convert the Common Passageway - "PICK UP & DROP OFF" of a Building Block to a Car Space/Park allocated to a Subsidiary Proprietor cum Council Member.
To my understanding & opinion whether the Management (may) has had Contravenes the Strata Act , Buildings Ordinance, City -Council's law , Regulations &/ Constituted House Rules on:
1) Constituted House Rules: Having the right ,obligation and liberty in common with all the Proprietors on the common passage so enjoyed and used in such a way as not to be interfered unreasonably.

2) Safety Hazards in the event for means of escape from any premises in the event of fire & Emergency and particularly an access to premises for the fire brigade.
3) The Common Passageway : " PICK up & DROP off" bay was -is in the Submitted Approval Site Plan with -by the City Council & Land Office.
